Cancel within 24 hours of registering for a full refund, minus any processing fees. Cancel by January 15, 2026 – receive an 80% refund, minus processing fees. Cancel by June 15, 2026 – receive a 50% refund, minus processing fees. Cancel by September 15, 2026 – receive a 20% refund, minus processing fees. Cancellations after September 15,2026 are not eligible for refunds, but tickets may be transferred to another attendeeuntil September 30, 2026. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to PediatricDentalGrowthSummit @gmail.com.

In the unlikely event that the meeting is cancelled or rescheduled, all paid registrationswill be credited in full toward a future event.

Travel Responsibility: Attendees are responsible for arranging and covering their owntravel expenses, including airfare, hotel accommodations, and any additional rooms for family or friends. This includes any fees resulting from changes or cancellations tothose bookings.

Marketing Consent: By attending this meeting, you acknowledge that Pediatric DentalGrowth Summit may capture photos and videos for marketing purposes. Violations may result in removal without refund and, if serious, may bereported to authorities. Retaliation against those who report concerns in good faith isstrictly prohibited.
