‍Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund within 24 hours of registration. 50% refund by 02/25/24. 25% refund by 5/30/24. No refunds after 5/30/24. Seats can be transferred within 21 days of the event. In the event of extenuating circumstances requiring meeting registration cancellation, requests will be reviewed, and appropriate recommendations will be provided for the next steps. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to PediatricDentalGrowthSummit@gmail.com. In the unlikely scenario that the meeting needs to be canceled or rescheduled, full registration credit toward a future event will be provided. As an attendee, you are responsible for the financial obligations associated with your airfare and hotel rooms, including any charges incurred from canceling hotel and/or airfare.
